Our Attorneys

Donald M. Hinkle is a civil trial lawyer board certified by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a past president of the Tallahassee Bar Association. He is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubble Law Directory, which is the highest rating possible. He is profiled by Law & Leading Attorneys, a listing of lawyers selected by their peers as someone to whom they would refer a close friend or relative. An honors graduate from Florida State University College of Law, he was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1980 and has worked in private practice handling civil litigation.

A 1988 graduate of the University of Miami Law School, Lisa Magill Foran is an experienced trial lawyer who has worked as a litigator for nearly ten years. She is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubble Law Directory, which is the highest rating possible. Prior to joining Fonvielle Hinkle & Lewis in 1999, Ms. Foran practiced in the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation, commercial litigation and creditor’s rights. She also has served as in-house counsel at the Professional Savings Bank. Ms. Foran obtained both her B.S. and M.B.A. from Florida State University.
